Led by CREATE’s professional teaching artist Tara Hall, this workshop will have you practice the act of mindfulness while exploring different creative techniques to help you cope. In this two part workshop you’ll explore different art fields like painting, drawing, written & spoken word, as well as creativity through unconventional materials.
