You’re invited to the County’s biggest party to celebrate our environment: the Montgomery County GreenFest!
This year, GreenFest is Sunday, April 28 at Brookside Gardens in celebration of Earth Day. Grab the family and explore the beautiful spring gardens, and discover new and fun ways you can do your part locally, nationally, and around the world, to protect our environment.
GreenFest has activities for all ages:
Whether you drive or take public transit, head to the Glenmont Metro and take the free shuttle to GreenFest.
Montgomery County will provide sign language interpreters and other auxiliary aids or services upon request — with as much advance notice as possible, preferably at least three (3) business days before GreenFest. Contact us at 240-777-7753 (voice) or send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Taking these steps will help us have sufficient time to best meet your needs.
The Montgomery County GreenFest is brought to you by the Montgomery County Government, Montgomery Parks and Brookside Gardens, WSSC, Poolesville Green, Bethesda Green, One Montgomery Green, the Cities of Rockville, Gaithersburg, and Takoma Park, University of Maryland Extension, and MCPS Outdoor Environmental Education Programs.
Sunday, April 28 at 11:00am to 4:00pm
