MOCO UNDERGROUND READING SERIES - Sandy Spring Museum

Grab a comfy seat, your favorite beverage, and settle in for a great evening with some talented area writers giving live readings of their work!

The MoCo Underground Reading Series is an opportunity for writers to share their work with the public in quarterly readings. From unpublished to professionals, teens to adults, all are welcome to participate. Not a writer? That’s okay. Literature enthusiasts are invited to attend and listen. Each session features six authors each reading for 5-8 minutes.

February readers include:
• Ellen Prentiss Campbell
• Lynne Schmidt
• Lannie Stabile
• Pamela Huber
• Kay Drew
• Julia Tagliere

The MoCo Underground Reading Series invites all writers ages 16 and up, from novices to veterans, to share their original fiction, nonfiction, and poetry at a quarterly series of free, public readings. Each event will feature six readers total, reading for 5-8 minutes each. They especially encourage student writers to submit!

Tickets are required but FREE, though we encourage you to help support the Sandy Spring Museum with a donation of any amount. Reserve your tickets here.
