Learn from Chef Carolyn Crow as you work together to produce perfectly creamed cookies and cakes. Recipes may include: Lemon Luxury Cake, Vanilla Velvet Cake, and Creamed Cookies & Cream Cookies.

This is an in-person hands-on class at Casey Community Center. Participants will work with the chef instructor in our kitchen to prepare the recipes listed in the class description. Everyone will then get to enjoy these recipes together.
