Koa Sports Live Youth Fitness Classes

NEW virtual youth boot camps, let's move!  Exercise with your body weight to improve strength, speed, and agility.  Classes offered 4x/week!

  • 30-minutes in length
  • All workouts can be done inside in an 8x8 space
  • Targeted muscle groups, using only your body-weight
  • Improve footwork and hand-eye coordination

These classes are perfect for athletes looking to become more explosive, or as a substitute for PE and getting your sweat on.
