Get out and get active with the 50+ community at Brookside Gardens for a FREE signature Active Aging Week event. Participate in activities that will boost your physical and mental wellness through creative expression, exercise, and socialization.  Activities include Beauty Blooms: A Watercolor Workshop, Dance Yoga,  Drumming for Wellness, “Feel the Music” experience,  Mini Garden Creation,  Photo Scavenger Hunt , Walk with a Doc and Live musical performances.
