Raja Yoga is an ancient system of meditation and spiritual understanding. It enables us to return to a state of inner peace, personal power and self-worth through re-kindling the soul's original qualities and virtues. At its deepest level, Raja Yoga Meditation is taught as a method of self-awareness, leading ultimately to self-realization.
The Foundation Course in Meditation Includes:
• The method and experience of meditation;
• Understanding the nature of the self and God;
• The philosophy of karma and the cycle of time; and
• Making meditation and spirituality a practical part of your daily life.

Course is held for 6 days in Silver Spring, Maryland on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for two weeks. Since each class is connected to the next, plan to attend all, in sequence. Monday, Wednesday & Friday for 2 Weeks. Beginning Monday, February 4th, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM.
