Art lovers can join us for Virtual Art Talks for Adults and explore artwork and artists from current and past exhibitions.
Talks are led by Strathmore Exhibition Coordinator Gabrielle Tillenburg and special guest artists. You can meet the artists, learn about their work, and ask questions in real time!
Free, RSVP online to receive the Zoom link prior to the event. Please note that registration closes 30 minutes prior to the event. Attendance is limited to the first 100 people.
Strathmore's Virtual Programming is supported by AARP Maryland.
A Zoom link will be emailed to participants prior to the event. Zoom can be accessed by any computer or tablet web browser, and iPhone or Android phones. A built-in web camera and microphone is recommended, but not necessary to participate. We ask that everyone keep their microphones muted during the talk, but you can use the Raise Hand feature to be called on and ask a question using either the microphone or chat. While we love to see everyone’s faces, Zoom also allows you to turn off your camera if it makes you feel more comfortable.
Note: These events will be recorded and published on Strathmore.org and Strathmore’s YouTube Channel so that more can benefit. Participants’ questions/comments will be heard in the recording, but it will not show any participant faces (only the faces of our hosts).
