This summer, boat rides have resumed on the Charles F. Mercer after a two year pandemic-induced hiatus. Visitors can book a canal boat ride at the Historic Great Falls Tavern in Potomac, Md. Tickets are available free of charge on a first come, first served basis, beginning one hour before each scheduled program.
