The 2024 Local Writer’s Showcase, organized by Bethesda Urban Partnership, is now accepting submissions for the Essay, Short Story, and Poetry Contests. All three contests have categories for adult (18+) writers and high school students (grades 9-12) and offer cash prizes. All winners will be honored in March 2024 at awards ceremonies in downtown Bethesda.
