The Bernard/Ebb Songwriting Awards Concert is back and will once again celebrate talented musicians from the Greater Washington, D.C. area. The Awards, produced by the Bethesda Arts & Entertainment District, will feature a live concert performed by the competition finalists on Friday, April 21 at 7:30pm at Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper Club, 7719 Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda.
